MEET ALEISHA

My dream has always been to open my own salon.

I spent the first decade of my career working in some of Melbourne’s top hair salons. The years flew by in a blur of hair competitions, fashion photoshoots and pushing myself to constantly learn more and improve my craft.

But slowly, the gravitational pull back home grew stronger. It was time to turn my dream into a reality. And so, we packed up our pets and our bags, and moved back home to Winchelsea. Emeraude Hair Studio was born.

Emeraude is my happy place. I love everything about hairdressing. Beyond the skill and art required to create AWESOME hair, I believe the real mastery is in being able to connect with my guests.

I take care to get to know everyone who sits in my chair (don’t worry - this doesn’t mean chatting your ear off when you really just want to read a mag and sip your coffee!) It means I pay attention, I listen, and then together we create hair that you are going to love. Hair goals achieved!
